A loyalty program needs an exchange rule: how many points are earned for an eligible fee, when they can be used, and what the resulting reward is worth. Without a confirmed current schedule for the player's actual market, assigning a precise global rate would be guesswork. A promotion may also apply to only a selection of games or limited periods.
Calculate after redemption
If a statement shows $80 of attributed eligible poker fees and your redeemed rewards are worth $12 in cash, the observed return is 15%. An unread points balance should be valued according to its actual redemption conditions, not automatically at face value.
